Boys Bowling defeats Avon

Boys Bowling picked up a strong win today at Nautical Lanes, defeating Avon 2,492–2,185.

Grant Taylor led the way for the Comets with a 467 series, followed closely by Brady Smith, who rolled a 437 series that included the match’s high game of 246. Ethan Burich added a 428, while Garrett Smith contributed a 386. Zaden Watkins posted a 153 in Game 1, and Trenton Roberts came through with a 190 in Game 2.

Amherst also excelled in Baker play, recording games of 195 and 235 to seal the victory.

The Comets return to action on Monday when they host Brunswick at Rebman’s Recreation.
