Comet Football Season Opener – Game Information

Amherst Comet Football opens the 2025 season this Friday, August 22nd against Sandusky. With Spitzer Stadium still under construction, the Comets will host the game at Avon Lake Memorial Stadium.

A special thank you to Avon Lake Schools and their Athletic Department for welcoming us and allowing our team and fans to use their facilities for this matchup.

Senior Citizens: Free with an SWC Pass

⚠️ Student Entry Policy: All students 8th grade or younger must be accompanied by a parent to enter the game.
